this gd level (in the best way possible) shows what alzheimer's does to the brain, with 6 stages. one is normal, 2nd is mild, 3 is okay, weird, 4 is bad, 5 is extreme, and 6 is unlivable, and you go mentally insane. this level + the glitchy effects, movements, monochromatic transitions show the forgetfullness patients have, and they struggle to live a normal life as they're mental sanity crumbles. its truly fascinating how a GD level can protray such a horrible concept of mental health.
